  • How do preorders work?
    With a preorder you will place your order during the given time frame. When that time frame ends all orders will be submitted. Preorder TAT will be listed on each item. The TAT time given is that of which I receive the product. TAT excludes weekends and holidays.
  • What happens if my order is over the turn around time?
    Any orders that are beyond the stated TAT threshold will have two options. 1) Cancellation and refund of order 2) Wait on item of which you will receive in full
  • How do I place my order?
    Orders can be placed by picking your design and style and size and clicking the preorder now button.
  • Will there be more styles and sizes?
    As our company grows we plan to offer more options including but not limited to daywear and adult sizes.
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders will ship 3-5 business days after they are received.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
